Ms. Jessica McGawley
Jessica McGawley, BA, MA, MiM, IMPC
For over 15 years, Jessica has worked with prominent families and their advisors to help address the unique challenges and opportunities that come with raising children in the context of affluence and success. She is a qualified psychological consultant, mediator, and the founder of Dallington.
After 8 years as Head of Next-Gen for a consultancy focused on wealth transition, Jessica founded Dallington in 2016 as the first specialist mentorship practice for the Rising Generation. Her highly qualified and experienced multi-disciplinary team (MDT) designs and delivers bespoke mentoring program and workshops to 16–30-year-olds from prominent families. The in-house psychotherapists provide family sessions for both parents and children. Their in-house
curriculum is at the heart of their work, focusing on essential topics that are not traditionally
taught but are essential for the rising generation.
Jessica consults family advisors on the non-legal and non-financial aspects of family wellbeing,
with a special focus on the rising generation. She focuses on three key areas:
• Parenting Consultancy: Offering workshops, talks, and training sessions to help advisors
support parents in balancing wealth and family life.
• Rising-Gen Consultancy: Creating tailored training programs to align private client firms
with the needs and interests of their future clients.
• Crisis Consultancy: Providing guidance for advisors on managing complex personal
challenges and maintaining professional boundaries while ensuring clients receive the
necessary support.
Jessica has been a guest author on ‘Family Business and Responsible Wealth Ownership –
Preparing the Next Generation’ by Global Law and Business and ‘Raising the Baobab – A Guide
for Family Business’ by Tsitsi M. Mutendi. She has been a guest speaker at the Henley Business
School Family Office Program, the Modern Affluence Summit, and is a regular speaker at FO &
MFO conferences across the globe.
The youngest board member of UN Women UK, Jessica set up their first mentoring scheme in
2012. She has been a Trustee of the Cassandra Learning Centre, a charity supporting victims of
domestic abuse, and the SEN Governor of the Mossbourne Victoria Park Academy (MVPA) in
London. Dallington offers a bursary mentorship program to a student from MVPA every year.
Jessica is a born and bred Londoner, with her husband Ben, and two children, Flynn, and Grace.
